Our client, Oasis Retail & Development Consulting, opens today the first phase of Prima Shops Oradea, a retail park ideally located in the city center.
75 percent of the surface of 5,000 sqm of the first phase is rented by CCC, Takko, Deichman, Pepco, Flanco, Noriel and Intersport.
Oasis started the constructions works for Prima Shops in October 2016 in the center of Oradea and the investment reached EUR 12 million through own equity. The project accounts for 10,000 sqm and will be delivered in two phases: 5,000 sqm now, in April and another 5,000 sqm in the autumn.
