In a press conference organized today by Verbio, Oasis Retail & Development Consulting announced it has started construction at Prima Shops Oradea, a retail park that will undertake a total investment of 12 million EUR.
The two associates of Oasis, Klaus Reisenauer and Kurt Wagner answered the questions of the journalists regarding the project in Oradea and new investments of the group in Romania.
Prima Shops Oradea will be built on Decebal Bvd, in the city center, near one of the most populated neighborhoods in Oradea, Rogerius. The project will be built in two phases (5,000 sq. m in spring next year and another 5,000 in autumn 2017.
