Our client, Oasis Retail & Development Consulting, announced today that has recently signed with Raiffeisen Bank Romania a credit for 8.5 million EUR for refinancing their retail parks projects: Prima Shops Oradea and Mangalia.
Prima Shops Oradea is developed by Oasis in the city center, on Decebal bvd, right near Kaufland hypermarket, in two phases of 5,000 sq.m each. The Danish furniture & accessories retailer JYSK has recently signed for 1,100 sqm and will open the store in August. The second phase of the project is to be opened in the autumn of this year.
